A Bustling Fall

Sorry we haven't posted recently. I know, I know - I'm always saying that. But honestly, we have been so busy lately! We've had lots of family come to visit. Aunt Maura and Uncle Pat visited a few weeks ago, then MoMo and Pops visited last weekend. While MoMo and Pops were here we went to A Day Out With Thomas in Granite City, IL. It was our second year and the boys had a great time!

This week Jack had his first field trip. They just finished a unit on pets and pet care, so we took a trip out to Purina Farms. Henry came too and it was lots of fun! Mommy milked a cow (yep), and we watched a great dog show. Then we were able to explore the hay loft and all of the tunnels. It was a blast!

Finally, we took our annual trip to the Pumpkin Farm yesterday. We met Amber, Ashley and Lexi Cooper there. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a great time navigating the mazes (luckily Ashley brought her flashlight), riding the ziplines, exploring the petting zoo and going on pony rides. I think Gracie even enjoyed the hay ride.

It's been a beautiful Fall here and we are soaking up every minute of it.
