Summer Fun

Well, it is definitely summer in St. Louis. We're not sure what happened to Spring.... we were at the tail end of winter...then it rained a bunch...and then turned directly to delightful 90 degree St. Louis humidity! Nevertheless we have been doing our best to get out and enjoy the warm weather.

We love to go on walks around the neighborhood. Jack loves to look for trucks, bikes, flowers, birds, dogs, and of course - helicopters. Henry would rather snooze.

We made our first trip to the St. Louis Zoo over Memorial Day weekend. Again, Henry slept through the entire excursion. Jack's favorite part was riding the carousel. Luckily we're Zoo Friends so we get free carousel rides!

We've also been making good use of Nana and Papa's swimming pool. Jack has been wearing floaties for the first time and is quickly getting the hang of them.

Our latest trip was to Grant's Farm. Daddy and Jack had a great time feeding a bottle of milk to the goats.

And yes, Henry slept through the entire trip to Grant's Farm as well - in case you were wondering. But we're not complaining. We're lucky that he is so laid back because we can take him everywhere! Happy Summer!
